Shula, known as "The Winningest Coach in NFL History," was the head coach of the Miami Dolphins from 1970-1995. During his impressive tenure, he led the team to two Super Bowls, five AFC Championship Games, and 12 playoff appearances. In addition to his accomplishments on the field, Shula is widely respected for his competitiveness, leadership, work ethic and longevity in the game. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997 and his #17 jersey is retired by the Miami Dolphins.
